Exchanges/returns can be authorized within 14 days of the Delivery Date.
All items must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for exchange or return. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return that shows signs of wear or does not abide by our return policy. We will not accept returned items with visible signs of wear or tags removed. Rejected return parcels will not be sent back, refunded back to original payment, or exchanged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like preordered products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as facial masks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All items purchased during promotional sale periods/Final Sales will NOT be eligible for a return/exchange/credit note. Preorder purchases are NOT eligible for a return/exchange/credit note.

Please visit https://dawang.loopreturns.com/#/ to initiate an exchange or return. You will receive instructions & a prepaid shipping label via email. Please DO NOT send your return/exchange request via email to us.

The shipping cost for all international returns/exchanges is at the customer's expense.
Please refrain from sending returns without processing a return request in one of the portals. We will not be able to accept it.
Damages and issues
If a product you receive is damaged or defective, please visit https://dawang.loopreturns.com/#/ to initiate an exchange or refund and note the issue on the return submission via our returns portal. This ensures that the necessary steps are taken to solve the issue for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, DAWANG Team will issue the customer with an online credit note (store credit only).
